Here's the low down on this dog situation, Kei sa pretty much lives with me off and on through out the year, her dog is my dog, and we're prettymuch sisters. The facts are her parents have control of everything (Credit cards, cell phone, internet etc) so I'm now posting this for her.

This is why her face book is dead pretty much lately. I will be helping pay for this vet bill and collecting money, her credit card has been taken away and confiscated by her parents (they claim unnecessary spending, I call bullcrap. ) and I'm using my paypal to direct things from my paypal account to her bank account (Just set it

Basically, my family is broke. We're behind paying the rent at the shop and all mum's suppliers are baying for their next cheque.
